All bets placed on the tapwin5 Platform are final once confirmed. tapwin5 will not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been submitted and accepted by the system, except where tapwin5 determines at its sole discretion that a manifest error has occurred.
tapwin5 reserves the right to void any bet or transaction that results from a manifest error, including but not limited to: incorrect odds, incorrect game outcomes displayed due to a technical fault, or pricing errors. tapwin5 will endeavor to notify affected players promptly and will refund the original stake where a bet is voided under this provision.

You may close your tapwin5 account at any time by contacting the tapwin5 support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.
Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination. (PDRCI). The arbitration shall be conducted in English, in Metro Manila, Philippines. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Subject to the arbitration clause in Section 13, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, for the resolution of any dispute not subject to arbitration under these Terms.
